What methods can I use to pay rent?

  • Payments are accepted via PayPal, Cash App, Check, Cash, and Money Orders. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.

What utilities are included in the rent?

  • All units include water. Electric and gas is supplied by BG&E; certain units include BG&E while others require tenants to activate service individually. The listing for the unit will specify which utilities are included. All other utilities (cable, internet, etc.) are the tenant’s responsibility.

Are laundry facilities available on site?

  • All units include a washer and dryer for tenant’s individual use.

If I have a maintenance emergency, who should I contact?

  • A maintenance emergency is defined as air conditioning issues when temperatures are above 90 degrees, heating issues when temperatures are below 32 degrees, severe water leaks, power outages, gas leaks, or damage to entrance or exit doors. If you have a maintenance emergency as described above, please contact us immediately at 443-872-1505. In case of fire or medical emergency please dial 911.

How can I view my payment history?

  • Payment history is available through your online profile. If you forget your password, please contact Support at info@23propertygroup.com for assistance.

Are month-to-month leases available?

  • Month-to-month leases are available in certain circumstances and may require a higher rent premium depending upon the selected unit. Please contact us directly for more information.

What are the rental requirements?

  • The requirements vary and are outlined by the unit size in the Rental Requirements document located on our website.

Is Renters Insurance required?

  • Yes, and proof of insurance is required before move-in day. It is the tenant’s responsibility to maintain renters insurance throughout the entire lease. Failure to do so may result in additional monthly fees.
